Refund and Returns Policy

At Bringelly Pork & Bacon, we take pride in providing high-quality, fresh produce and delivering exceptional customer service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines in place for refunds and returns.


Perishable Goods

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on perishable goods. However, if there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Please contact us as soon as possible if:

  • An item you received is incorrect
  • An item is missing from your order
  • An item arrives spoiled or damaged

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.


Non-Perishable Goods

Returns for non-perishable goods (e.g. merchandise or packaged items) may be accepted at our discretion within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
